Swampscott High School is looking for a dynamic educator for a one-to-one ABA position. Ideal candidates will be flexible, energetic, and passionate about the job.

Responsibilities include:

Provide instructional support and implement accommodations per IEP for student under the direction of a Special Education Teacher
Data collection and use of Google doc/sheets required
Participate in trainings regarding the key principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, Curriculum standards, and Restraint Training
Communication with family

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree required
At least two years relevant experience supporting students with behavioral and emotional needs preferred.
Technological expertise preferred: experience working with Google Classroom / G-Suite Apps / Online Credit Recovery Programs
Such additional qualifications as Swampscott High School may find appropriate and acceptable
