Hadley Elementary School is looking for a Permanent Building Substitute who will be responsible for taking over classroom instruction duties for grade-level teachers, specialists and support staff. 

Qualifications:

* Knowledge of best instructional practices in all the content areas

* Strong classroom management skills and success with fostering a positive, nurturing learning environment

* Ability to differentiate instruction for all students, including students on IEPs and English Language Learners

* Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and work as part of a team

* Flexibility in meeting the daily staffing needs of the school

* Masters Degree preferred

* At least 3 years of relevant experience required
