Special Education Teacher- High School, Social Emotional and Executive Functioning
(Master’s level required, 3 years experience at least, Moderate Disabilities DESE certification in required grade level)

Complete evaluations, write IEP’s, progress reports

Provide direct instruction in executive functioning skills and accommodations to students with emotional disabilities during support blocks

Implement behavior support plans and collect data to inform progress and interventions

Knowledge of Social Thinking Curriculums, Zones of Regulation

Understanding of the Principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis

Facilitate social skills groups
-
Consult with content specific teachers, support staff and specialists regarding essential works

Communication with families
