Job Description

• Knowledge of best instructional practices in all the content areas; familiarity with Balanced Literacy and Reading/Writing Workshop preferred
• Ability to differentiate instruction for all students, including students on IEPs and English language learners
• Strong classroom management skills and success with fostering a positive, nurturing learning environment
• Experience using a variety of assessments to target students' learning needs
• Proficiency using technology and Google applications for instruction
• Demonstrated success in developing strong partnerships with families
• Ability to collaborate well with colleagues and work as part of a team

Job Requirements

• Massachusetts Elementary certification (Grades 1-6)
• Master’s degree preferred
• SEI endorsement 
• Three years of classroom experience preferred
