Job Description:

Swampscott High School is seeking applicants for the Varsity Football Coaching position.
Duties will include but are not limited to, being responsible for all game and practice
preparation/coaching, all administrative duties, team evaluation and selection, equipment
management and fitting, overseeing sub-varsity coaches, and representing Swampscott High
School at all league meetings.

Job Requirements:

Previous coaching experience is required.
MIAA/NFHS Coaches Certifications preferred (required before year 3).
CPR, First Aid, AED and Concussion Course, Opioid Course, and Implicit Bias Course required.
Strong depth of knowledge of football.
Outstanding communication skills and work ethic.
The candidate will be subject to CORI/Background checks/Finger Print upon appointment.
Salary will be in accordance with the Schedule B Athletic Pay Scale.
