Job Description:
Swampscott High School has an opening for a full-time physics teacher to join a collaborative team dedicated to providing students with authentic, inquiry-based learning experiences at all levels of physics courses. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in physics, be excited to offer varied classroom experiences, and hold a current MA teaching license in Physics. Preference will be given to candidates that are dual certified and have experience teaching AP Physics courses, robotics, computer science, or chemistry.
Candidates with enthusiasm for science and science education, a sense of humor, a collegial work ethic, and a willingness to connect with students and families will find themselves a good fit with our science team.
