Are you ready to lead the next generation of innovators and creators? Look no further than this exciting opportunity to join our team as the Middle School Engineering & Design Teacher!

We're seeking a dynamic individual who is passionate about hands-on learning and dedicated to inspiring students as they explore the fascinating world of engineering. As our Engineering Teacher, you'll have the unique opportunity to create an engaging and immersive learning environment, complete with multiple workshop spaces equipped with power tools and other resources to empower students to design, create, and innovate.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering a curriculum that encourages curiosity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. You'll guide students through exciting projects – such as designing ROVs to clean up oil spills,  or building benches for the school while learning about the manufacturing process –  and provide hands-on instruction to guide them through the engineering design process.

Qualifications: 

5-8 General Science DESE certification

Technology/Engineering 5-12  DESE certification - preferred
