About the Role: 

We're looking for a personable,  organized, resourceful individual to join our team as a Middle School Front Office Administrative Assistant! In this role, you'll be the welcoming face of our school, providing essential support to students, parents, staff, and the community. You'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our main office. This position may require long periods of sitting; talking or hearing in person and by telephone; using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects or controls; and reaching with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The individual may be exposed to ultraviolet lights as are found in computer monitors and copying equipment. The individual may be exposed to various hazards in the building.
